Hello,
This is John, the home owner. Well at least I will be the owner for the next few days. 1380 Coppelia Ct, the house that has been so good to us for the last 4 years, has been sold and we move out in just a few days. I'll post a summary of the experience, including a reasoning behind the price drop in a few days. Then alas I will be looking for a place to lodge the archive of this blog permanently and will have to close down the typepad location as they charge monthtly and have no archive option.
